Registering for Mass During Advent and Christmas
Registration for Mass on December 24th and 25th will open at 12:00PM on Monday December 20th. A registration email will be sent through flocknote and a link will be provided on the St. Mary’s website https://stmarysottawa.ca/mass-times/
Registration for Mass on December 31st and January 1st will open at 12:00PM on Monday December 27th. A registration email will be sent through flocknote and a link will be provided on the St. Mary’s website https://stmarysottawa.ca/mass-times/
Registration for Saturday 5PM and Sunday 9AM & 11AM Masses will continue to open at 12:00PM on Wednesdays. A registration email will be sent through flocknote and a link will be provided on the St. Mary’s website https://stmarysottawa.ca/mass-times/
Please note that registration will be through the signup only. The office email inbox will not be monitored for requests to attend Mass.

K of C event to Keep Christ in Christmas
Keep Christ in Christmas is a poster competition that encourages parish children between 5 and 14 to acknowledge that Jesus is the Reason for the Season. At this weekend (11/12 Dec 21) masses, families will be offered registration material for a the competition sponsored by the Knights of Columbus. There will be prizes for three different age groups: 5 to 7, 8 to 10, and 11 to 14.
The registration information will be distributed at the church exit by members of the K of C council after mass. For the judges to choose the winners, the 11×17 inch posters need to be submitted after the weekend mass on 18/19 Dec 21. The three criteria for the winning posters are as follows: the slogan (30 points), the visuals (30 points), and overall impact (40 points). Winning posters will be announced by 31 Dec 21.
Kof C Christmas Food Drive
The Parkdale Food Centre is facing a high demand from families that are being impacted by the pandemic and food inflation costs. The Knights of Columbus council are running a Christmas Food Drive on today December 12th and the 19th. If you can, please bring non-perishable food items to the back of the church.
