I am humbled and honoured to be joining St. Mary’s Parish in the new role of Director of Evangelization and Leadership. In the past, I’ve worked with the Companions of the Cross at Blessed Sacrament Parish, as a NET Ministries Ireland staff, in the automotive industry, and most recently in telecommunications. I’ve attended St. Mary’s since 2021, and my husband and I got married here in June 2023. I have a passion for parish renewal, and when this job came up I felt the Lord strongly tug my heart towards it. As Operations Manager I oversee our incredible staff team, and help to coordinate parish projects, events, and long-term vision.

I have been a parishioner at St. Mary’s for my whole life. In high school I attended youth group weekly, and it was there that I was able to experience God in a personal way. Since then, I have served at St. Mary’s in many different capacities, including as a youth leader and musician. My life and faith have been shaped by my family’s deep dedication to the Church, enriched by the spirituality of unity in the Focolare Movement and in the Feast, and fulfilled through my missionary service at the Diocesan Pastoral Social Action Center, where I encountered and embraced the lived realities of the Church. My name is Renée and I’ve been a parishioner at St. Mary’s since I was a teenager. I currently am a stay-at-home mom of three boys, but previously worked as a volunteer coordinator, and before that, an elementary teacher. I am excited to help build and foster a community life for our parish families. Our Church is our home, and I hope it can be a place where family life can be supported and nurtured in Christ. 

I am a new member of St Mary’s and excited to be a part of this vibrant parish community.  I am a former seminarian with the Legionaries of Christ, and was blessed with many apostolic experiences across the world. During this time, I developed a love for teaching our Catholic faith and a passion for forming young people.
