Mass Times

Saturday 5 p.m. – Outdoor, no registration required.

Sunday 9 a.m., & 11 a.m., – Indoor, registration required. A “registration open” email will be sent out at 12:00pm Wednesday.

9 & 11 a.m. Mass will be broadcast through the radio frequency 88.3 and can be heard within 300m anywhere around the church. Participants will be able to receive the Holy Eucharist during communion time. 

Please note:

The Parish office will be closed to the public and working on a curbside model of service. Please call 613 728 9811 to make an appointment.

Happy Thanksgiving – Action de Grâce
The Office will be closed on Friday, October 8 starting at Noon and will reopen on Tuesday, October 12.

Outdoor Confessions 

Every Saturday from 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm in the church parking lot. If it is raining, indoor Confessions in the Hall. 

Reminders:

  • Please keep your mask on during Mass
  • For those with medical exemptions, masks must be worn when going up for  communion
  • Please follow the ushers lead, especially while being seated; we are trying to strategically seat you to accommodate everyone.
  • Please remember to wipe your pew before you leave.

St. Mary’s Seniors Needing Help

We need some volunteer drivers to pick up seniors for Sunday Mass. 1. Carlingwood Area2. Lincoln Heights Area. Also, is there a parishioner available to help a senior learn how to use a new Moto G phone.  Please contact the office

The New Life Retreat will run Monday evenings from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm beginning October 18 and ending December 6.

Join Us Online for the 10th Anniversary Memorial Mass for Fr. Bob Bedard

6:30 PM Holy Mass celebrated by Archbishop Marcel Damphousse with Bishop Scott McCaig, Bishop Tremblay and Fr. Roger Vandenakker as concelebrants. 
8:00 PM Screening of Bridge of Roses: The Story of Our Lady of the Cape Movie.
IMPORTANT NOTE (Due to pandemic restrictions, the Holy Mass and this screening will be a private Co-Executive Producer Screening for the Companions of the Cross – the MDM will have some seating capacity – please email dennis@theMDM.org if you have interest in attending this particular screening)

The movie playing at St. Mary’s will not be livestreamed. Only the pre and post event will be livestreamed on the St. Mary’s YouTube channel.

All remote participants can watch the film using their own purchased Vimeo On Demand title available through  https://www.subscribepage.com/movie_missionaries. We will basically do a countdown to “press play” so that everyone both live and at home are watching the movie at about the same time. 

40 Days for Life

Synod 2021-2023

A major consultation of the universal Church, a “synod”, will be initiated in October. Pope Francis will inaugurate the synodal process on October 9-10. The local dioceses are expected to do the same on October 17. In the Archdiocese of Ottawa-Cornwall, there will be an opening celebration of the Diocesan Synodal Phase at the 5:00 p.m. Mass at Notre Dame Cathedral, Ottawa on Oct. 17.
