After consultation with others including the ACBO, Archbishop Marcel has approved that congregational singing be allowed again. The other COVID-19 preventative measures are to remain in place including the wearing of a face mask and two-metre physical distancing.

Confessions are offered! Both of our priests will be offering the sacrament and the line-ups, so far, have not been long. Fathers Paul and Jonathan have also stayed after the evening is over to continue offering confessions.
Diocesan World Youth Day
At the request of Pope Francis, the diocesan day for WYD is now celebrated in all dioceses of the world on the feast of Christ the King. For this occasion, Archbishop Marcel Damphousse will preside at a bilingual Mass on Sun., Nov. 21, 5:00 p.m. at Notre Dame Cathedral, Ottawa. All former WYD participants and young people are invited to a “get together” starting at 4:00 pm to share and simply meet.
For young adults
“Duc in Altum”. Duc in Altum Ottawa-Cornwall is an intimate journey for young adults to grow in freedom to give a full response to God’s calling in their life. Participants meet monthly for 8 months to unpack fundamental themes related to their relationship to God. They build community with one another and are accompanied by a dedicated spiritual companion.
