Join us for our penitential service on Saturday April 2nd from 10:00AM to 1:00PM

Changes to COVID Safety Guidelines as of Monday, March 21, 2022

  • Indoor mask use no longer required, however they may be worn if so desired.
  • Parishioners are encouraged to continue self-screening for Covid-19  symptoms  and stay home if they have any symptoms.
  • The use of hand sanitizer upon entry and exit of the church remains a best practice and is encouraged.
  • The Greeting of Peace can be restored.
  • Choirs and cantors and all who assist at Mass can return without restrictions.
  • Confessionals and confession rooms can reopen without restrictions

Solidarity Sunday: Special Collection

This is the day that Catholic churches across Canada take up a collection for the work of Development and Peace – Caritas Canada.

Easter Vigil Mass and Reception Saturday, April 16, 8:00 pm

Let us gather as a community on the night of Holy Saturday, April 16, at 8:00 pm, for our annual Easter Vigil Mass, to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and to praise Him in all His glory. Registration is not required for this event.
Immediately following the Vigil, please join us in the Parish Hall for our Easter Vigil Reception, as we break our Lenten fast and celebrate the Risen Lord. Bring your favourite finger foods to share!

Pontifical Collection for the Holy Land on Good Friday

The Good Friday Collection on April 15th, 2022, is requested by the Holy See to help maintain the Christian sites of the Holy land and to support the Church in the pastoral, educational, social works that contribute  to a sustained Christian Presence in the Land where Jesus the Christ once walked.

This Pontifical Collection will be taken in the parishes during the Good Friday celebration. Those who are unable to attend the service are still able to contribute online by going going to canadahelps.org and searching for “Commissariat of the Holy Land”, or by interact e-transfers to terresainte@bellnet.ca. Receipts ill be issued.
