Night of Worship and Ministry: Trusting God in Your Wilderness

Join us for our Night of Worship and Ministry; an evening of worship, teaching, and healing. This month, Henri Lemay, founder of Training in Christian Healing, will be speaking on the theme of “Trusting God in Your Wilderness”. The members of the Prayer and Prophetic Ministry will be available to pray over you.
Journey of Discovery: Spiritual Gifts Workshop
Friday, May 12 | 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Saturday, May 13 | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
This seminar provides an opportunity for committed Christians to discover their God-given charisms for ministry. It is a workshop approach which combines presentations, workbooks, and completion of an inventory to help the process of identification.

Bayswater & Young: Sunday Brunch

Bayswater & Young, St. Mary’s Parish’s young adults group, is back! We are excited to be starting consistent gatherings again to form connection and community! This first brunch will be at The Royal Oak on Bank Street. Come out for fellowship, bring a friend looking for community, and get connected with the team for future events.

Action Life: Hike for Life
Sunday, May 7 | 1:30 PM | The Royal Oak
Action Life’s 34th Annual Hike for Life – 5 km route along part of the Rideau Canal takes place Saturday, April 29th. This is a major fundraiser for Ottawa’s pro-life educational group. Rain or shine, registration takes place from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, April 29th, in St. Patrick’s Basilica‘s Basement Hall, 281 Nepean Street. This is a fun event for the whole family featuring refreshments and prizes. Pledge forms are available at entrances to the church, and at the pro-life bulletin board in the church hall. If you are unable to participate, please consider supporting Helena Szakowski, our parish’s lead hiker. Pledges of $15.00 or more are eligible for a tax receipt.
