Journey of Discovery: Spiritual Gifts Workshop

Friday, November 17th – Saturday, November 18th

Discover how God has gifted you for service! This hands-on workshop will help you discern your spiritual gifts and equip you to use them. You’ll leave with a fuller understanding of your role in God’s plan and a greater understanding of your vocation and purpose.

Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child is back! Join our Heart of Mercy Ministry in helping kids from developing countries around the world experience the love of God this Christmas. Pick up a shoebox this Sunday, fill it up, and bring it back by November 5th. Thank you for your generosity!

It’s your last chance to register for First Communion Prep! Our First Communion ministry offers a dynamic, hands on approach to sacramental prep that focuses on discipleship. The orientation session for parents and candidates is on October 28th.

Children’s Liturgy this Sunday

Sunday, October 29th | During the 9AM Mass

Children’s Liturgy is back this Sunday at the 9:00 AM Mass. Our trained instructors will teach the lessons from the readings and the Gospel using fun, age-appropriate activities for kids aged 4-7.

All Saints’ Eve Party

Tuesday, October 31st | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM | St. Mary’s Parish Hall

Reserve your free tickets now before we hit capacity! Looking for a faith-filled alternative to Halloween? Dress up as your favourite Saint or biblical character and join us for a night of fun and games. We’ll have plenty of candy, juice, and snacks to give away, and hotdogs available for purchase. Plus, if you select the option when reserving your ticket, your child will go home with a bag full of treats! Don’t forget, there will also be a prize for the best costume, so make sure to bring your A-game.

Coats for Kids

Are you in need of a coat for your child this winter? The goal of the Coats for Kids program is to ensure that no child in North America goes without a coat during the winter season. Here at St. Mary’s, The Knights of Columbus have ordered one box of Girls Youth Coats, Grades 2-7 for families in need. Contact st.m.kofc@gmail.com if you are in need and the Knights of Columbus will arrange for delivery.

Homeschoolers Mass & Meet-Up

Friday, November 3rd | 9:00 AM | St. Mary’s Parish & Princess Margriet Park

St. Mary’s Kids is hosting monthly meet-ups for homeschool families in our community! Join us for Mass at 9:00 AM followed by social time at Princess Margriet Park, a short walk away from St. Mary’s.
